Definition and development of the future English called next generation English (ngE) which is to be deployed in the next century, making lanaguage easy to use, learn and which will reduce illiteracy.
TESS has collated several possible solutions.
Main Tasks
- Invite experts and build team.
- Definition of the best Feature Set.
- Analyse existing solution suggestions.
- If no best fit, call for suggestions.
- Suggest possible scenarios for ngE.
- Define possible morphing roadmaps from Co1 to ngE.
- Recommend rules for Co1-Dev and Co2-Dev.
