Description
Build a Test Service Unit (TSU) whose function is to design and carry out tests which can be used to verify the Colish versions, their impact, problems, metrics, etc.
The tests will be international, short- and longterm, on the street, in schools, in organisations.
The TSU will be in charge of the Test Service Grid (TSG): a grid of test instances across the globe, each instance being a local team.
It is also initially responsible for CoTest - Quality acceptance and assurance test processes.
The unit will interact with the Product Development and Management teams.
Main Tasks
- Definition of scope / concept of TSU, TSG, CoTest.
- Spawn projects
- Invites and build teams.
- Definition of tools, interfaces, etc.
